What we collect

When you submit our contact or demo form, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, Phone / WhatsApp number, company, and your message.

When you use live chat, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, optional email address, consent choice, and chat messages. We use the WhatsApp number to follow up about that enquiry after you explicitly agree to WhatsApp contact. A strictly necessary, secure session cookie keeps your conversation private and available when you return. It is not used for advertising or analytics.

Live-chat messages may be processed by our configured AI service to provide an initial response. The assistant is identified as AI, operates under restricted instructions, and can hand the conversation to our human team. Please do not send passwords, OTPs, payment-card details, identity-document numbers, API keys, or other highly sensitive data.

We also collect anonymous site usage data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) cookies — but only after you accept our cookie consent banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

About our use of Google Analytics 4:

• We use GA4 to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, session duration, traffic sources) and, when active, to measure the performance of Google Ads campaigns.
• Analytics cookies fire only after you give consent. No tracking occurs before that point.
• You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies for this site. Refreshing the page will re-show the consent banner.
• We do not share your personal data with Google for ad-targeting purposes beyond standard GA4 measurement behavior.

We process your data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate business interest in responding to you.

How we use and share it

We use your data only to contact you and serve your request. We do not sell your personal data. We may share necessary data with trusted email, hosting, and AI service providers under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. New-conversation and human-handoff alerts may be delivered to authorised iTechies staff by email and include the contact details needed to respond.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form and live-chat data only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable follow-up — typically up to 12 months — then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent to our contacting you. Email [email protected] and we’ll action it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
